Aloha!, and mahalo
for visiting our web site!
To experience all that
the Internet has to offer with the newest in cutting edge technologies,
please make sure you
have the latest Browser update.
Because our web site
uses the most up to date and cutting edge technologies such as Flash multimedia,
Windows Media Video clips, ASP, database driven content and searching
capabilities as well as Java driven 360 Degree, "Virtual Tours" to help you with
everything you need to know about producing "Films" within the
County of Maui. Most of the system and browser settings you will need in order to
use this web site to its fullest potential, as well as other cutting edge web sites on the Internet
today, are standard settings. Please follow
these requirements to view this web site. Most of these standard
requirements should already have been set by "default" on your
browser when it was installed or updated to the latest version. These settings and/or requirements should not harm your computer, but
we assume no liability for the user not following the browser manufactures
instructions for installing and settings for these products.
This web site has
been tested to work with the majority % of users browsers and systems on today's
Internet based on our Web Trends statistic reports.
Based on our reports
and other reputable online user stat companies we use, the below requirements
represent as well as accommodate over 95% of today's Internet users. (Reports
available upon request)
** Most supported
browsers, come with these requirements pre-installed and set as your default.
If you do not have the required components to view the site, some components
are available to download (click the links) if you should wish to install.
| **
Please Note: |
| Although
the web site has been tested with the minimum requirements listed
above, we can not guarantee you will be able to view the entire site
without any problems, due to known bugs in various browsers and
systems. |
| The site
tested with NO PROBLEMS when using Internet Explorer. |
| There was
one bug that we found and was not able to fix at this time, when using
Netscape 4.72 + browsers. It completely destroyed the layout of many
web pages because of its inability to recognize the newest html codes
that Netscape 6.2 can. |
| Also, a bug
was found when using Netscape 6.2 to view Virtual Tours in the popup
windows (the standard method of viewing). The browser would freeze,
when trying to close the window. The work around for this as a user
(Netscape , Mozilla, could not provide us with a fix to date.) Is to
simply click on the web page behind the popup, then click on the
window on your task bar to bring it back up and then close it. |

We
have made every attempt to develop our web site in order to accommodate
as many types of users as possible using the Internet today.
Unfortunately,
because of the so called, "Browser Wars", old operating
systems and computers, different types of operating systems, etc, etc,
and the lack of an "Industry Standard", it is virtually
impossible to design a web site today with all the features this web
site uses to be available to 100% of all users.
Therefore,
our web developer uses the most current and up to date, online user
statistics reports available in order to accommodate the highest % of
the majority of users based on these reports. If you have ANY problems
viewing this web site AFTER following these requirements, please do not
hesitate to click on the "Support" link to contact our web
developer with these problems.

- We apologize for the
inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate these types of users at this
time because WebTV uses their own proprietary browser to view web sites on a
TV screen and outside their environment and will not work with Java as of this writing.
Depending on the amount of inquiries we receive from WebTv users, will
determine whether or not we will develop an alternate site specifically
designed for WebTV. Please contact us at the Support Contact below to let us
know what problems you are encountering with our site and we will do our best
to accommodate you.

Unfortunately,
because there is no "Industry Standard" set for the World Wide Web and its
browsing methods, as well as because of so many new types of computers and web
browsing technologies, we may not be able to accommodate your viewing unless
your are considered a "Majority User". This page provides information for this
type of user. A "Majority User" is determined based upon many reports
generated on this web site according to the "Majority" of visitors using the
most used technologies available to date. We work very hard to keep up to date
on all new technologies available as to please every Internet User, but have
found this an almost impossible task because of the technology changing so
rapidly. If you are unable to view this site, please do not hesitate to
contact support, so we may be able to accommodate you, as well as other users
like you.
